Who is BP10V Bots for?
Stores and teams that talk to customers on Telegram and Instagram and want conversations, customers, products and orders together in one CRM.
Do I have to launch a Mini App?
No. The CRM includes separate areas for chats, customers, orders, inventory and your team. The Mini App adds a storefront inside Telegram.
Do I need a separate ecommerce website?
Not for the Mini App itself. Customers browse your catalog and place orders inside Telegram. You manage the store and products in CRM.
Can I customize the storefront?
Yes. Set your logo, store name, colors, header, catalog layout, product cards and buttons in CRM. Preview changes as a draft before publishing them.
What can employees see?
Access depends on permissions and assigned work. Owners configure access; employees work with the conversations, orders, customers and tasks available to their role.
How do I join the beta and learn about pricing?
